Young Jeezy just dropped a new mixtape with some help from DJ Drama. This will (hopefully) be the final precursor to his upcoming album TM103. Thug Motivation 103 is due out September 20th.

After listening to this tape, I could sum it up for you in one word: Monotonous. Something like 7/11 songs have the same chorus structure, and X,X,Y,X setup where he says the first line twice, the second line once, and then repeats the first line one more time to close the hook. I mean, really Jeezy? You are just gonna make all your songs sound the same, from the lyrics, to the beats, to even the hooks? You can do better than that….

As usual, the starred songs are the standouts, and deserve a solid bumping. Check them out and let me know what you think.
